Each individual piece/pair of earrings will be first placed in a mini resealable packet, then bubblewrapped and packed securely in an envelope so that it will not move around much while being transported to you.
Included always with every purchase is a unique organza pouch, and a necklace cord if a pendant is purchased.
Items & shipping is to be paid in full before it is shipped out, I have encounted cases that claimed to have made payment by falsifying emails, so unless it is showing on my paypal or whichever method you choose to pay in I will not send out the items.

What happens if an item I want is in the Gallery?
If an item is shown in the Gallery means that it is no longer available for purchase as I cannot replicate an exact item.
You can place a personalised order if you want a similar shape/design, details are located in the Personalised and Custom Orders tab.
Alternatively, you can shop for a different item that is still listed.
How do I place a personalized order?
Contact me with your ideas and size you want it in. Size of final product will shrink slightly.

How much is a personalized order?
It depends on the size, glass type and any other add-ons like 22k or 24k Gold.

How long does it take to complete my personalized order?
If I have the materials required, the item will take 2 days ( 1 day to create & 1 day to cool)If it is a special order, which means I would have to order in glass/materials specially from the USA, it would take from 2 weeks to 1 month.
