Currently two types of made-to-order items are available, Personalised or Customised Items.
The following are their descriptions.
Personalised Item
A Personalised Item can be ordered when no specific logo or motif is required.
It is suitable for individual orders.
A customer places an order and gives a brief description of what color and size and any existing pattern or embellishment they want, choice packaging and necklace(for pendants only).
What can be included in a Personalised Item
Waiting time on this item can range from immediate next day pick up to 2 months in advance depending on glass color and availability.

Customised Gifts
Customised Gifts are for items that have a specific image/pattern/text to be etched and on a specific color/pattern or even an existing pattern from what I have made before.
Suitable for Weddings, Birthday and Cooperate functions/gifts.
Must be ordered in bulk. Min 100pcs and order must be placed at least 2 months in advance and a deposit, which will be based on the amount ordered and the currency exchange rate during that point in time..
A creative fee of $50SGD will be charged to design a logo/motif/text for you if needed.
All will have your choice of gift pouch or gift box.
Custom printing of gift pouches and boxes are not available at this point in time.
